About The City Dark:
The City Dark is a feature documentary, rooted in Boston but bringing viewers as far afield as Mauna Kea and Death Valley, exploring the practical and philosophical implications of light pollution. About Ian Cheney:
Ian Cheney grew up in Boston and Maine and attended Yale College and the Yale School of Forestry. His feature documentary films include The Greening of Southie, created with Curt Ellis (2008) and King Corn (2007), created with director/producer Aaron Woolf and co-producer Curt Ellis.
